Abstract:
    The inventio is to suppress degradation in distortion rate of a Delta Sigma modulation AD converter by enhancing precision in integration of an integrator and precision in modulation of a Delta Sigma modulation circuit. In the switch control circuit for turning the second and third switches and the first and fourth switches of an integrator constituted of a switched capacitor having first through fourth switches on/off complementarily, when the first and fourth switches are turned off and the second and third switches are turned on, the second switch is turned on before the fourth switch is turned on.
