Abstract:
     The present invention relates to method of inhibiting the quality degradation of tea beverage sold after being heated inside some container and tea beverage with inhibited heating degradation. Inside the tea beverage suitable for being sold after being heated inside some transparent container, cyclodextrin and ascorbic acid or ascorbate as effective components are compounded to inhibit the heating degradation. The cyclodextrin adding amount is 0.01-1.0 wt%, and the ascorbic acid or ascorbate adding amount is 0.01-0.2 wt%.
