Abstract:
     The tea buccal tablet consists of main material and supplementary material, the main material is tea powder and accounts for 1-99 wt%, and supplementary material includes excipient in 0.1-99 wt% and optional sweetener in 0.1-95 wt%, aromatic in 0.1-13 wt% and seasoning in 0.1-95 wt%. The production process includes the steps of: 1) crushing tea into powder of fineness over 80 mesh inside one sealed environment and at temperature lower than 50 deg.c; 2) mixing tea powder with supplementary material in required proportion; and 3) forming and packing. The present invention expands the application of tea and changes tea from beverage into food for complete absorption of tea components.
