| The production process of blood fat reducing monascus tea capable of inhibiting cholesterol synthesis, reducing blood fat and lowering blood pressure includes altering temperature and regulating humidity to control moisture content in tea, adding acetic acid as additive and promoting the growth of monascus in tea material. Inside glass bottle or high temperature plastic bag loaded with tea material, vertical ventilation pipe is inserted, the ventilation amount of culture chamber or plastic film house is regulated, and the temperature and humidity of the tea material during the monascus growth stage is altered day and night, so as to speed the growth of monascus in tea material, the synthesis and accumulation of metabolic product Monacolin compounds. The pharmacological research and analysis shows that the blood fat reducing monascus tea has the functions of inhibiting the synthesis of cholesterol and lowering blood fat and no citrinin detected. | |||
