Abstract:
     The present invention discloses a fresh tea juice lozenge and its preparation method. It is made up by using fresh tea juice crystal extracted from fresh tea leaf and hydroxymethyl cellulose as raw material, in which the exraction of fresh tea juice includes the following steps: draining, steaming, cutting, soaking, wet pulverizing, solid-liquid separation, reduced pressure distillation concentration, alcohol precipitation and reduced pressure distillation drying, etc. The phenol substances contained in fresh tea leaf can be extraced and prepared into the crystal type material, said crystal type material is mixed with hydroxymethyl cellulose according to a certain weight ratio, then tabletted so as to obtain the invented product.
