Abstract:
     Disclosed is a baked tea and process apparatus, wherein the tea is prepared from the market available low grade green tea through agitating, baking for 5-20 minutes at the temperature of 80-125 deg. C, and the tea processing equipment comprises a pivoted pottery barrel, the barrel is provided with an electric heater at the intermediate section of the outside, and is mounted on a frame foundation, the upper end is a feed opening, the lower end is a discharging opening, and the barrel is also provided with a rotary wheel in engagement with the motor through a speed reduction driving wheel.
