Abstract:
     Disclosed is a nano reactive tea and its making process, wherein completed tea products, including miscellaneous tea-leaf groups and bitter leaves, or fresh tea undergone water-removing process are employed. The manufacturing process includes mixing said raw materials with acetic acid solution or ethanol solution, conducting depositing fermentation, subjecting the fermented raw materials to fining treatment so as to obtain strip shape granules, conducting seasoning, detecting and packaging.
