Abstract:
     The present invention discloses one kind of fresh tea juice and its making process. Fresh tea as material is cut, soaked in alcohol, wet crushed and solid-liquid separated centrifugally, and through further decompressing temperature-controlling concentration, cold alcohol precipitation, decompressing distillation and drying, concentrated juice and crystal is prepared. The concentrated juice and crystal product may be mixed with cold boiled water and hot boiled water. Compared with available tea producing process, the production process of the present invention has no damage of catechin as the physiological active matter in tea and can maintain the polyphenol in tea beneficial to human health.
