Abstract:
     The present invention is the production process of fleeceflower root tea beverage with health functions of reducing blood fat and slimming. The fleeceflower root tea beverage is produced with green tea 3-4 wt%, fleeceflower root 0.4-0.6 wt%, oriental water plantain 0.5-0.6 wt% and red sage 0.3-0.4 wt%, and through leaching in water at 85 deg.c of 93-95 wt% for 30-45 min, filtering at 80 deg.c, cooling to 5 deg.c, secondary filtering at 5 deg.c, adding sugar in 2-3 wt% at 80 deg.c, sterilizing at high temperature, packing and sealing. The beverage is fragrant, smooth and delicious.
