| The present invention provides a rose tea and its production method. Its composition comprises (by weight portion mixing ratio) rose 40-80, lily bulb 20-50, crataegus fruit 25-50, ginkgo leaf 20-50, licorice 10-20, lonicera flower 10-20, chrysanthemum flower 10-25 and jujube kernal 25-50. Its production method includes the following steps: drying fresh rose bud in microwave oven, respectively using water to extract other raw material, concentrating their extracts, drying and making them into powder materials, mixing them according to the above-mentioned ratio, and bagging. Said tea can obtain good therapeutic effect for curing emotional depression, dysmenorrhea and gastrointestinal uncomfortableness. | |||
