    A filter of loop low-pass type consists of resistance, the first thin gate depletion-mode NMOS tube, the second thin gate depletion-mode NMOS tube and level shifter. It is featured as connecting source electrode and drain electrode as well as substrate of the first and the second NMOS tubes to output end of level shifter and using level shifter to output voltage signal being greater than zero.
