Abstract:
    This invention discloses an integrated phase-lock ring frequency synthesizer including a reference frequency generation module, a phase discriminating module, a charge pump module, a voltage-controlled oscillation module and a digital control diving module, in which, the output of the voltage control oscillation module is connected with the input of the phase discriminating module via the digital control diving module, the reference frequency generation module is connected with the other input end of the phase-discriminating module, the output of which is connected with the charge pump module to be fed back into the input of the voltage-controlled oscillation module, which integrates the voltage-control oscillation module and digital control diving module of the original surrounding circuit to the phase-lock ring CB so as to simplify design of surrounding circuit and increase production efficiency.
