Abstract:
    The invention discloses an electric signal generating device to avoid stealing. The summator adds the input power and the energy value output from the energy barrel and transfers the result to the energy overflow identification cell which identifies the result and determines the energy and the power impulse output to the energy barrel; the power impulse is as the controlling signal of the second flip-latch; the energy barrel outputs the energy to the summator when the sampling time comes and the sign bit to the first flip-latch which outputs the sign bit to the second flip-latch when the time impulse comes; the second flip-latch outputs the sign bit as the electric signal to avoid stealing when the power impulse comes.
