Abstract:
    The invention discloses a digital frequency conversion circuit that comprises energy pail, the first accumulator and energy pulse output module. The invention presets the combination of threshold values which has energy overflow with input available power, available power stored in energy pail, energy pulse is output and positive-negative overflow is judged at the same time; the rest energy after the output of energy pulse is stored in the energy pail to be added with the available power in next input. The digital frequency conversion circuit used in electric energy metering chip in the invention can output the impulse precisely to guarantee the accuracy of subsequent calculation, and the structure of circuit is simple, it is easy to realize.
