Abstract:
    The disclosed method to reduce comparator power consumption comprises: adding two decision units and a trigger unit between the comparator outlet and clock-control signal unit; using the first decision unit to detect the first and second output signal of the comparator; for different detected signal, outputting the first decision signal; generating trigger result by the trigger unit according to received the first clock-control signal and the first decision signal; and using the second decision unit to decide the output according to the received first clock-control signal and trigger result.
