    This invention discloses one voltage and level conversion circuit hitch comprises first voltage and current conversion circuit, second voltage and current conversion circuit, third and fourth circuits, reverse phase device INVI and current compare circuit, wherein, the INVI is to input outer signal input end X to take level signals by inverse; the compare circuit is to compare input end current and to output relative high and low level voltage.
