Abstract:
    The present invention relates to a semiconductor integrated circuit device. The semiconductor integrated circuit device is provided with a periodical signal generation circuit in which N (N is a natural number) pieces of logic circuits are connected in series and which outputs periodical signals. The periodical signal generation circuit is provided with a reset circuit which outputs reset signals which initialize the first-stage logical circuit based on output signals from the first-stage logical circuit to the (N-1)th logical circuit.
