Abstract:
    The present invention provides a dielectric powder production method for producing the dielectric powder having Ti, Cu and Ni as major component. The present invention is characterized in that the method comprises a step of obtaining mixed powder by mixing Ti oxide with compound changing into Ti oxide by sintering, mixing Cu oxide with compound changing into Cu oxide by sintering, mixing Ni oxide with compound changing into Ni oxide by sintering; a step of obtaining intermediate sintering powder by intermediate sintering the mixed powder; and a step of obtaining dry grinding powder by dry grinding the intermediate sintering powder; a sep of wet crushing the dry grinding powder.
