Abstract:
    The invention comprises a quartz crystal and two upper metal electrode and lower metal electrode which are located on the surface of said quartz crystal. Said upper metal crystal is a thickness-varied metal electrode whose central thickness is more than its edge thickness. The varied thickness of metal electrode can improve the trapped energy character of the resonator and make the resonator frequency more stable and reliable.
