    The invention relates to a signal average power checking method and relative system, used to check signal average power, wherein said method comprises that: (1), peak detection on signal; (2), processing analogue/digit conversation on the train sequence of detection result; (3), analyzing the converted train sequence to obtain detecting power. And the system comprises: detector for detecting and converting signal; signal processing controlling unit for obtaining converted signal from detector, analyzing the signal to obtain detecting power. The invention can quickly and accurately signal average power, with wide compatibility.
