Abstract:
    The invention relates to a portable terminal, especially relates to a portable terminal with music replay ability and capable of visually intensifying equalizer ability when playing music, and a method for displaying the equalizer thereof. The portable terminal includes: music playing part for playing music file; keypad for receiving controlling signal of volume playing of the music playing part and for controlling background lamp by set equalizer mold; storage for storing the set equalizer mold and the music file; and controlling part for controlling all operation using the equalizer function of the keypad background lamp by outputting the controlling signal.
