Abstract:
    The invention is concerned with the audio adjusting system that is fit for the video play equipment, it can create the first sound signal and the image signal, the system includes: the situation analysis unit, the volume controlling unit and the signal-noise ratio operation unit. It is: the situation analysis unit receives the situation information, processes analysis to create the situation adjusting parameter according the situation information; the volume controlling unit receives the first sound signal and the situation adjusting parameter, and adjusts the first sound signal to be the second sound signal according to the situation adjusting parameter; the signal-noise ratio operation unit operate out the signal-noise ratio to adjust the outputting value of the second sound signal according to the second sound signal and the volume strength of the environment.
