Abstract:
    This invention relates to an adjusting device set in a play system for playing audio and adjusting said audio based on the background environment, in which, the adjusting device includes: a sound receiving module receiving a first sound about the played audio and a second sound about the background environment and generating process signals containing the first signal and the second signal, in which, the first signal is converted by the received first sound and the second signal is converted by the received second sound, the process module receiving audio and process signals and intercepting the second signal from the process signals via the process signal and audio, and the adjusting module for receiving the intercepted second signal and audio to generate gain value based on the second signal and the rule to regulate the swing of the audio.
