Abstract:
    The invention relates to an increment compare control amplifying circuit of integrated circuit. Wherein, it can based on the strength of signal and the amplified time of internal amplify circuit, dynamically adjust the threshold voltage of circuit; and the invention comprises: first amplify circuit formed by embedded circuit and automatic increment control circuit to convert the input current signal into voltage signal, second amplify circuit for amplifying the output signal of first one with 15-20 increments, into 4-bit compare standard voltage signal; the third amplify circuit for amplifying the second signal to output single-end signal into 5-bit compare standard voltage signal; compare detecting amplifier for detecting the output and input signals and comparing the output signal strengths. The invention uses clamp AGC circuit and dynamic compare standard signal, based on the input signal strength, to amplify and adjust the compare standard signal, to improve the sensitivity of infrared receiver and reduce the code error.
