Abstract:
     The method includes following steps: the sum operation is made for amount of detecting sign of timing locking e(n) in a way of taking M (M is greater than or equal to 1)as a unit, namely each consecutive M e(n) gets a cumulative sum S(m), then the sum operation is made for the consecutive K (K is greater than or equal to 1) s(m); the sum E(m) of consecutive k*M e(n) is gotten; finally E(m) is compared with threshold to get the locking detecting result.
