Abstract:
    A synthesizer module for connecting a filter (4) for removing a reference signal between a grounding pattern region (7) of a PLL circuit and a wide-field grounding pattern region (11) to prevent return of the reference signal to a voltage control oscillator (1), is provided. A voltage control oscillator (1) and a PLL circuit (2) are mounted on an insulating substrate (5), a grounding pattern region (6) of the voltage control oscillator and the grounding pattern region (7) of the PLL circuit are formed, and the wide-field grounding pattern region (11) is formed under the insulating substrate (5), further, the filter (4) for removing a reference signal of the PLL circuit is mounted on the insulating substrate (5), and a grounding pattern region (10) of the filter is formed, the filter is connected between the grounding pattern region (7) of the PLL circuit and the grounding pattern region (10) of the filter, and the grounding pattern region (10) of the filter is electrically connected with the wide-field grounding pattern region (11).
