| The invention relates to a quartz crystal micro balance damping factor with controllable fluctuation amplitude, wherein it is characterized in that: first inputting the output signal of voltage-controlled oscillator into voltage-controlled amplifier, while one path is input into the positive end of differential input of phase detector as phase reference signal, the second path is input into the buffer amplifier as voltage reference signal, and the third path is input into the positive input of voltage serial feedback amplifying circuit as activate signal; one electrode of quartz crystal vibrator via linear gate is connected to the negative input of voltage serial feedback amplifier, while another electrode is connected to the ground; a capacitor is connected between the negative end and the output of voltage serial feedback amplifier; the voltage reference signal is input into the positive end of another differential input of phase detector; the activate signal is input into the negative end of said differential input; the output of phase detector via low-pass filter is input into the integrator, to be output to the voltage control end of voltage-controlled oscillator. The invention can measure the vibration frequency and damping factor, and control the vibration amplitude of quartz crystal. | |||
