| The invention relates to a piezoelectric oscillation circuit which can obtain stable vibration in wider power voltage range and adjust the oscillation output amplitude. Wherein, said circuit comprises: a stable power supply (6) for stabilizing the direct-current voltage change fed from the direct-current power VDD; a vibration circuit (1) that using quart vibrator (X1) as vibration source; buffer circuit parts (2, 3, 4) for inputting the output signal of vibration circuit (10 to serially connect multi-stage reversed circuit, and connect depletion MOS transistor at the last reversed circuit; and an output amplifying circuit (5) for amplifying the output of buffer circuit (4). And the invention is characterized in that: it comprises an output voltage adjusting circuit formed by several MOS switches (Msw1-Msw3) and resistances (RD1-RD3), to change the grid voltage of Nch transistor (M9) of output amplifying circuit (5) to adjust the output voltage, a memory circuit (11) for storing the data of one MOS switch; and a decoder (12) for generating the analogue signal input into the MOS switch based on the data of memory circuit (11). | |||
