Abstract:
     Temperature compensating crystal oscillator includes three parts: TEMP sensor, compensation voltage generator and voltage controlled crystal oscillator. Compensation voltage generator converts analog voltage signal changed as variation of TEMP output from the TEMP sensor. Under effect of voltage for compensating TEMP, the voltage controlled crystal oscillator outputs stable frequency signal. Being as tertiary voltage generator, the said compensation voltage generator includes four circuit units: high, low, linear TEMP and voltage accumulation circuit. Preceding three circuits generates compensation voltage for TEMP in high, low, and linear parts. Accumulation circuit superposed the three pieces of voltage signal is as TEMP compensating voltage of voltage controlled crystal oscillator. Based on frequency characteristic, the TEMP compensating voltage is adjusted. Features are: simple, small size, low cost etc. The invention is suitable to being as norm of frequency in mobile phone channel.
