| It is possible to provide an oscillation circuit capable of switching over the frequency band without discontinuity of the output phase and maintaining preferable frequency accuracy and frequency deviation accuracy even when the frequency band is changed. An electronic device using the oscillation circuit can also be provided. In order to achieve the aforementioned object, the oscillation circuit includes: a SAW oscillator (10) having a pair of reflectors (14) arranged on a piezoelectric substrate and a pair of IDTs (16) formed by comb-shaped electrodes (18) and arranged in parallel to each other between the reflectors (14); an inverter (20) to which the IDTs (16) are connected in parallel to each other; and switching means (22) arranged between each of the pair of comb-shaped electrodes constituting one of the two IDTs (16) and the inverter (20) and selectively connecting the input side and the output side of the inverter (20) connected to the pair of comb-shaped electrodes (18). | |||
