     The invention relates to a frequency multiplier circuit which comprises an input end, a multiplier, a first voltage source, a second voltage source and an output end, wherein the input end adds an input signal which is transmitted to the first voltage source; the first voltage source obtains the signal and transmits it to the two input ends of the multiplier to do linearity multiplication; the multiplier obtains the signal and transmits it to the second voltage source and then outputs the signal by the output end. The frequency multiplier circuit is mainly used in the hardware design and checking of the electric product.
