Abstract:
    The harmonic suppression device includes single chip, zero cross detection circuit for single-phase AC, power control module (PCM), speed adjustment circuit, and DC electrical source. Interrupt signal end INT0 of single chip is connected to the output end of the zero cross detection circuit. Interrupt signal end INT1 of single chip is connected to the output end of the speed adjustment circuit. Data output port P0 of single chip is connected to the input control end of PCM. The output end of PCM is connected to load motor. Wave of asymmetric unfilled corner full wave rectification is composed of two pieces of half-wave alpha, and beta in one cycle. Alpha, and beta half-wave have same polarity, but different angle of flow. The invention carries out asymmetric control for angles of flow of alpha, beta in PCM to reach purpose of restraining third harmonic. Features are: no large vibration from road motor, speed adjustment in 64 steps, and obvious restraining effect on low speed.
