Abstract:
    This device consists of the micro-controller module, signal processing module, power supply module, signal distributing module, H bridge circuit, motor current testing module, etc. The signal distributing module controls the H bridge making it on or off. The micro-controller provides a PWM signal and two logic signals, which are combined by the signal distributing module, to realize the control of motor circulation state and assistant drive. Therefore, the requirement against the micro-controller can be reduced. Four combinations by the two logic signals are respectively related to the four working mode of the motor to avoid from the circuit structure appearing the situation that two power electronic devices on the same side of the H bridge open simultaneously causing the short circuit of the battery because of the software fault or misoperation. By this invention, a structure simple, low-cost and reliable control device can be obtained.
