Abstract:
    This invention relates to a photo-engine including a shell and a metal loop board in the shell characterizing that said shell is a round and transparent and positive and negative plates are set alternately in the loop board, stator vanes and rotational rotor vanes are set on the central shaft in the metal board, in which, the positive plates and the stator vanes are connected with the metal loop board by lead, the negative plates are connected with the shell by another lead, and the end of the rotor vane is set with a reverse contactor contacted with the plates. When photons irradiate on the metal, the free ions on its surface overcome the energy needed by breaking away from atoms and transgressed power when breaking away from the surface of the metal to become negative photoelectrons and the metal subject will carry positive charges after losing electrons, and the rotor vane drives the shaft to rotate when the rotor vane with positive and negative charges alternately are acted by the repulsion and attraction of the stator vane carrying positive charge.
