Abstract:
    The production process of vitamin A peanut oil includes the following steps: 1. inspecting the physical and chemical indexes of first grade peanut oil based on GB1546-2003 standard; 2. mixing the peanut oil and vitamin A acetate in the weight ratio of 100000 to 6.65-13.30 in the first reactor at normal pressure and 40 -120deg.c via stirring at 30-80 rpm to produce the first reaction for 60-80 min; 3. measuring the over gasification value, acid number, vitamin A content of the product, and finishing the first reaction after reaching the required indexes; 4. mixing the first reacted oil in 1 weight portions and first grade peanut oil in 4 weight portions in the second reactor at normal pressure and 40 -120deg.c via stirring at 20-60 rpm to produce the second reaction for 60-120 min, and detecting the product indexes regularly until reaching the standard; and 5. light-proof packing.
