Abstract:
    A process for preparing the linolenic acid oil and Chinese prickly ash dregs from the seeds of Chinese prickly ash includes such steps as breaking said seeds, supercritical CO2 extracting and separating. Said linolenic acid oil can be used to decrease blood fat, prevent and treat cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and delay sanility.
