    The invention discloses an integrated extracting technology of oil and protein powder from corn pangen, which comprises the following steps: 1) extracting pangen slag and immersed oil solution from corn pangen through alcohol; separating immersed oil solution from oil; 2) dissolving pangen slag through alkaline solution to obtain insoluble slag and alkaline protein liquid; sedimenting protein in the alkaline protein liquid to obtain the protein powder.
