Abstract:
     The invention discloses an artificial fat and its production process, wherein the artificial fat comprises the following raw materials (by weight proportion): a. oil phase amounting to 60-90% of the total weight, which comprises (1) oil, wherein the butter content is 10-20% of the oil weight, the vegetable oil content is 80-90% of the oil weight, (2) lecithine 0.1-1.0% of the total weight of oil, (3) glycerin monostearate 0.1-0.9% of the total oil weight, (4) Span80 0.1-0.3% of the total oil weight, (b) aqueous phase amounting to 10-40% of the total weight, which comprises water and whey powder 15%.
