Abstract:
     The invention relates to a process for preparing a canned eight-treasure rice pudding, comprising the following steps:(1) cleaning and cutting candied fruits into small blocks; (2) cleaning glutinous rice, immersing, steaming for 40-60 minutes, adding sugar with its weight 5-15% of net weight of glutinous rice, salt of 1-10% and edible oil of 5-12%, mixing evenly; (3) mixing glutinous rice with candied fruits block, adding blending liquid with its weight 30-80% of net weight of glutinous rice, mixing evenly; (4) cleaning red bean, immersing, boiling, adding 5-12% of red bean, sugar of 5-15% and salt of 1-10%, stirring evenly and preparing sweetened bean paste; (5) loading the prepared glutinous mixture and sweetened bean paste into can; (6) sealing can, sterilizing, cooling, checking and boxing. The invention increases variety for eight-treasure rice pudding, and is characterized by simple process, low energy consumption and short production time, and so on.
