Abstract:
     The comprehensive utilization of the sweet apricot kernel oil made of sweet kernel using apricot shell kernel and its findings; the said sweet apricot kernel oil is prepared through the following steps: breaking the kernel-using apricot and getting the apricot shell and sweet apricot kernel; decorticating the sweet apricot kernel; baking and fried; pressing the sweet apricot kernel and getting the crude oil and the oil cake; depositing and filtering the crude oil and getting the end product of sweet apricot kernel oil; the oil-producing rate reach to 40-47% by employing this method and the product is acceptable which can be used as special health oil and edible oil.
