Abstract:
    A generator of telescopic double-rotor motor exciting type is prepared as setting permanent magnet internal rotor on sub-driving shaft of generator and ring form rotor on master driving shaft of generator, enabling ring form rotor to rotate around permanent magnet internal rotor, setting rotary speed measurement unit separately on wind master wheel and wind sub-wheel for transmitting rotary speed signals to central control unit, connecting yawer used for controlling downwind rotation of wind master wheel to central control unit.
