Abstract:
    A magnetic swinging device of decoration matter is prepared as utilizing coil on stator to push rotator to rotate when power is on to generate magnetic field by said coil and to act generated magnetic field on magnet of rotator, fixing a decoration matter on said rotator, connecting coil of rotator to output end of a circuit with IC enabling to change current direction of output end, connecting IC to a oscillation resistance being used to regulate conversion frequency of current direction.
