Abstract:
    In order to solve the problems like big land occupation, short running distance and low wind utilization, the dynamic structure of an aerogenerator has a drive ring made of cables that connect with the gear box on the ground or directly drive the generator and that will consistently fasten the unfixed end of a sail dragline of a parachute type circulating sail tightly to the cable in a certain height through a locking device. The preset active sail in the air connects with the active wheels to fight against the cable and gravity of the sail. The unfastener on the active wheel quickly unties the active connection at the other end, and improves the wind utilization height to 600-5000 m with land occupation only 1000 square meters and power generated reaching 10 megawatts.
