Abstract:
    The present invention can process accurate rotary angle control by using step motor portion without using rotary angle sensors such as a photoelectric sensor, and so on. Into the bargain, miniaturization is realized to save space by parallelly providing the step motor portion and planet gear decelerating portion in the frame body, to accelerate the miniaturization of the mobile communication device. In addition, the first spur gear provided on the rotation axis of the step motor portion, and the second spur gear provided on the planet gear decelerating portion is connected by the decelerating secondary spur gear, thus parts except the planet gear decelerating portion is capaple of decelerating, reducing the decelerating series and the decelerating ratio in the planet gear decelerating portion, and realizing the miniaturization.
