Abstract:
    Thin film layer is covered on external surface of conductive wire body. Next, mixed terylen thread and glass fiber thread are wrapped on external surface of the thin film layer so as to form a mixed layer of terylen thread and glass fiber thread. Then, high sintering is carried out for the conductive wire body covered by the thin film layer, and the mixed layer. Thus, the melted terylen thread and the glass fiber thread are formed as an integral body. The terylen thread possesses good wear resistance and higher compression elasticity so that the produced electromagnetic wire possesses higher mechanical property. Terylen thread is utilized in the invention to replace partial glass fiber thread so as to save energy sources greatly. Another feature is environmental protection sine insulating varnish is not needed.
