Abstract:
     The present invention provides a fresh meat wonton and it's making method. Said fresh meat wonton is formed from stuffing material and wonton wrapper, in which the stuffing material composition includes (by weight portion) 70-85 portions of fresh meat, 1-3 portions of salt, 2-5 portions of cooking wine, 2-5 portions of onion, 4-9 portions of ginger, 2-6 portions of soup stock and 4-8 portions of oil, and its making method includes three steps of extracting fragrance, giving fragrance and raising fragrance.
