Abstract:
    The oil specially for infant milk powder is blended oil of two or more kinds of refined soybean oil, refined corn oil, refined rape seed oil, refined sunflower seed oil, refined palm oil and refined coconut oil. It contains linoleic acid in 20-35 wt% and linolenic acid in 2.5-3.5 wt%, and n-6 polyunsatured fatty acids and n-3 polyunsatured fatty acids in the ratio of (5-15) to 1. All the oil materials are not transgenic. The oil specially for infant milk powder has reasonable fatty acid content and ratio, low anti-form fatty acid content and fatty nutrient structure suitable for infant, and is favorable to the growth, especially the growth in brain and visual function, of infant.
