Abstract:
    The invention relates to a kind of milk coffee powder. The non-sugar powder contains 50% high-quality milk powder and 50% coffee powder respectively; while the sugar-contained powder contains 10 %( w) sugar, 50 %( w) full cream milk powder, and 40 %( w) coffee powder respectively. The making procedures go as follows: after clarifying the milk, choose to add the sugar or not; following with pasteurizing, concentrating and spray drying, the milk turns to be high quality milk powder or sweet milk powder; secondly, after mixing the milk powder with the coffee powder, stir the mixture and homogenize it to get the products. The invention which has a beautiful color and flavor has enforced the nutritional ingredients of milk so it can bring people with delectable flavor as well as a strong body.
