| The production process of milk powder capable of regulating blood sugar includes producing blood sugar regulating base material with Cr element, organic Zn element, diet fiber, propolis and plant extract as functional components; and mixing the blood sugar regulating base material with defatted milk powder in the weight ratio of 1 to 9 to obtain the milk powder capable of regulating blood sugar. The present invention has vegetable oil partially replacing animal fat, increased oleic acid and linoleic acid, and decreased cholesterol and high saturated fat unfavorable to diabetics.
