| The production process of milk powder capable of regulating blood fat includes producing blood fat regulating base material with functional grease and plant grease coated in wall material, vitamin E, food emulsifier, propolis and plant extract through emulsifying, homogenizing, forming microcapsule and spray drying; and mixing the blood fat regulating base material in 10-20 wt% with defatted milk powder in 80-90 wt% to obtain the milk powder capable of regulating blood fat. The present invention has the advantages of reasonable combination of different functional components, raised effect, long preservation period, increased digesting and absorbing rate, etc. | |||
